Jeanne Washburn has been practicing law since 1995.  Ms. Washburn began her law career with Dolan & Domenici, P.C. and has continued with Pete Domenici in Domenici Law Firm, P.C.  Ms. Washburn received her B.S.Ed. from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and her Juris Doctor from the City University of New York School of Law.  Ms. Washburn’s areas of practice include Personal Injury, Family Law, Contract Law, Probate, Property, Real Estate and Collections.   Ms. Washburn has been a law instructor with the University of Phoenix since 2003.  Reported cases that Ms. Washburn worked on include  Edward Montoya et al. v. Tecolote Land Grant (U.S. Supreme Court, No. 08-899, 2009) and Nance v. L.J. Dolloff Associates, Inc. (NM Appeals 2006).  Ms. Washburn was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 1995 and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of New Mexico (1996), the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (1996) and the Supreme Court of the United States (1999).  Ms. Washburn is a member of the New Mexico Bar Association and the New Mexico Family Law section.
